At Ca’n Pintxo, we create pintxos using mainly organic produce from the Balearic Islands, with respect for every ingredient and a passion for cooking.

Ca’n Pintxo was founded in May 2011 by a family of great amateur chefs. We are lovers of our beloved islands, we work with market products, local KM0. We prepare them in the form of pinchos (small food preparation, “micro-gastronomy”, prepared on the spot). This is where our name comes from; Ca’n (House of, in Mallorcan), Pintxo (Pincho in its Basque spelling). We are a restaurant run by young professionals.

We have a very high quality catering line and we also offer cooking workshops. As well as a classic cocktail section. We offer quality in our products and effort in our work.

Quality products

Ca’n Pintxo has reemerged with a new and innovative gastronomic offer, without losing our seal of identity, with the sole aim of surprising you. Our style remains the same, pintxos gamberros of haute cuisine, with the introduction of sustainable use in all its raw materials. Our philosophy is to focus on KM0 products, i.e. locally sourced products, grown on our beloved islands.

Each dish on the menu features a product of exclusively Balearic origin. This careful selection of the product has been the trigger for the creation of each dish.

We are lovers of wines and beverages, which is why we get involved and give our drinks menu the same prominence as our food menu. Our passion goes further, so much so that we have launched ourselves, creating our small products, made with great care and passion, with the help and collaboration of our friends who are part of our little family: Es Ví de Ca’n Pintxo with the wineries of Macìa Batle and Lluna – Sa Cervesa de Ca’n Pintxo with the producers of craft beer Sullerica and we could not miss the cocktail bar by 1862 Dry Bar.
