Ca’n Pintxo started in May 2011 as a group of great Majorcan amateur cooks. Now we are like a family. We love our island so we only use fresh and local products. Pintxos are our specialty (small portions of food, “micro-cuisine” or “finger food”). We prepare them daily. Sometimes they are served on skewers, hence our name: Ca’n (“House of” in Majorquin), Pintxo (“brochette” in Basque).
Our restaurant is run by young professionals. We offer catering and also perform live cooking shows, always using very high quality products. We also offer classic cocktails.
But we will continue to work, behind the scenes, on the new dishes for this season. So that when we wake up from this unpleasant dream, we can continue enjoying what we like most: good food in good company.
